Ehliyyet operates the Ehliyyet mobile app, a driving-theory exam preparation app. The key point: the app collects no user data. It needs no account, contains no analytics or ad-tracking, and the exam content runs offline and read-only on your device. By using the app you accept this policy.
Information We Collect
The app requires no account; we never ask for your email or password. If you email us for support, we only see the name, email and message you share, used solely to answer you. Subscription purchases are handled directly by the Apple App Store; we never collect or store your card details.
No Analytics or Tracking
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or user-tracking SDKs. We do not measure your activity, collect usage statistics or send anything to our servers. Apple may provide anonymous crash reports, used only to improve stability and which never identify you.
Data Stored On Your Device
Your exam progress, test results, bookmarked questions and language preference are stored locally on your device only. This data is never sent to or stored on our servers, and we cannot access it. Removing the app or clearing its data deletes this information.
Your Rights
Because the app collects no personal data, in most cases there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. Under the GDPR, UK GDPR and KVKK, if you have contacted us by email, you may request access to or deletion of that correspondence at any time.
Children's Privacy
The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children. As no data is collected from anyone, no children's data is processed. Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown because no tracking takes place.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
