These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ehliyyet mobile app and website. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial exam preparation, in line with the Apple App Store terms.
Service Description
Ehliyyet provides lessons, past questions, mock exams and progress tracking to help you prepare for the driving theory exam. All content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee a pass or your official exam result.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, copying or redistributing the content, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no unlawful use. The question bank reflects official curricula that may change over time.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a monthly subscription billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. No hidden fees.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, text, questions and explanations are owned by Ehliyyet and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimer & Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content currency depends on official regulations that may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehliyyet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
